ONCALL PLATFORM – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. OVERVIEW
These Terms govern the use of OnCall, a hybrid job platform that connects Service Requesters, Employers, White-Collar professionals, and Blue-Collar workers.
2. AGREEMENT AND VARIATION
By registering, you agree to comply with these Terms. OnCall reserves the right to update or vary the Terms with notice to users.
3. REGISTRATION
Users must provide true, accurate, and complete information.
Duplicate or fraudulent accounts are strictly prohibited.
4. PRIVACY POLICY
OnCall protects user data under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). Personal information will not be sold or shared without consent.
5. PASSWORD AND SECURITY
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account.
OnCall is not liable for unauthorized access due to user negligence.
6. REFUNDS
All payments are non-refundable once the account has been activated, except where required by law.
7. EMPLOYER / SERVICE REQUESTER RESPONSIBILITIES
Must post legitimate job opportunities only.
Must provide clear terms of employment, fair pay, and legal compliance.
8. WHITE-COLLAR / BLUE-COLLAR WORKER RESPONSIBILITIES
Must provide accurate information about skills and experience.
Must honor commitments with employers and clients.
Must not engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.
9. DISCLAIMER
OnCall acts only as a platform to connect users. We are not the direct employer and are not liable for disputes between parties.
